Didn't get my $10 reward for signing up

I recently signed up for the $25 plan and used a code provided from a friend who recommended Public Mobile. This code should have given me a $10 discount. But I was charged the full $25. The automated help chat box can't help and nobody has replied to me email.

Select your Payment History, in the blue area of your self-serve landing page.   

Then select the last 30 days (or however far back to around the date of your activation) to see if the below line entry appears.

First month is always pay in full for your plan. Autopay and other rewards are deducted after (second, etc. month).

@Daniel_H  - if your friend sees you in their list of phone number (last 4 digits) in their My Rewards section (as they will likely see this first before your $10 shows up in your Available Funds area).

You will always pay up front to start. The $10 should appear within 3 days but usually overnight. It will show in your Available Funds. Then you can use that to buy add-ons or let it sit for your next renewal.
