I have 8 public points, how can I use it to pay bill?

If you are planning to buy addons, it is cheaper to redeem with points, most are around 33% cheaper than buying with cash.

But if  you are not buying any addons, then redeem for $15  bill credit when you have 15 points, there is no advantage to accumulate too many points

You have to wait until you have 15 points. You cannot redeem less than 15.

@Harriet2023   Unfortunately, you won't be able to use 8 points to offset the next bill but once you've accumulated 15 points, then login to the Rewards page and redeem the points which will be added to the account balance within a day or two.  Lesser amounts of points can, however, be used for purchasing add-ons in the Rewards portal.
