Results of moving to the new Rewards. And loss of communication continues.

Ok I am on the New Rewards!!! 

Account #1  Results

Will go from paying zero to:

Pay $15 plus taxes

Pay $15 plus taxes

$15 cashed in rewords (no taxes).

3 month average will now cost me $10 a month and cost will increase with a continuous  loss of referrals.

No confirmation text from PM telling me that I lost a referral.

No confirmation text from PM telling that my account was successfully renewed for 30 days.  Which could also include my cash balance and my unredeemed number points.

My point being. Being informative has lessened and the cherry on top is, the plans are costing more.

Soon I can do better for less and no gimmicky loyalty program. Much easier to manage and deal with on a day to day and monthly basis.

Correct. publicm stopped all sms communications with customers regarding renewal. Maybe some left but I have not received any since jan '24

I have never received a text that one of my referrals left (a text when they join, but never when they leave), and never a conformation of plan renewal except for maybe the first and second month.

PM did send a note regarding switching to points.

Long discussion was carried on (and still goes) in Community so this should be NO news to any PM customer.
Yes, PM discontinued SMS regarding approaching renewal and 'thank you' when renewal was successful. I miss those too but complaining is useless.

how long you have waited to see the friend referral ? you don't see any friend point at all or you meant you lost one out of many?  

If your friend just not paying the account and suspended, you won't get a text about he left.  Usually you only get the text that he left if they port out the line.  I am not totally sure if you will get the same text if they suspended for 90 days and account got closed

What I think is, you might want to cross check with PM support agent with the list.  Since they are friend referrals and you should have the numbers, provide them the list and ask them to find out who left or suspended
