It's not overly helpful to others who may experience a similar issue to now have the thread content scrubbed. And for those customers who offered assistance, it would be nice to know what the solution ended up being. Care to share?

Can you provide us with your 30 day and 90 day reward details? ( amounts)
Did you suspend via lost/stolen at all?
Did you change plans or perform an early renewal ?
Do your friend referral phone numbers listed add up to the same $$ amount on your rewards page? Have you monitored them at all in the 90 days previous to your recent renewal or on the day before your renewal?
Did you have autopay off at anytime? If so when?

No. Auto pay worked as it should have and I was charged extra, my bill even quotes all of my reward dollars and when you minus those from the plan price it is less than what they charged me.
I have DM'd a CS_Agent so hopefully they will look into it soon.

@irishtoronto Was your account suspended had your had to reactivate . Or did auto pay work as it should and you were charged extra . Also is it possible your friend referral account have been suspended ? But you can ask support to investigate for you
