Reimbursement of reward that was not activated back to account.

My Data ran out and I requested 1 g of dat from my rewards. However it never worked and has not worked. That feature cost $15. Now my package data is now active again based on my activation date. I would like to have my 15 reward put back into my account please.  How can, this happen. IF you offer something it should be activated when a confirmation is sent out.  However, I was out of data for a lengthy period of time.   

Even trying to create this ticket was challenging and frustrating. How can public fix this?

the addon data never worked? you got the proper Canadian data and not US roaming? and make sure you don't have the data limit set, maybe that was blocking it.  Yes, I know you don't need it now, hope agent agree on a refund,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

After clicking on the little spinner refresh icon down by the shop add-ons button do you see the 1gb data item? Does it say some days left out of some total days? Is the total 15 days or 30 days? If 15 days then you bought the roaming data instead of Canada data. If it says 30 days then that's the correct one for what you seem to want (unless you're in the US) and it's a mystery as to why it didn't work.

Did you actually see the 1GB add on in your account?   It should work immediately when you purchase the add on.  Did you reboot your phone?
