Hi there; I used my friend (his phone: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) referral link to created and activated my account and subscription two weeks ago, but have not received $10 credit. Do you think you can check it out ?

@Mzhang100 please edit your post (upper right corner of the post has a very small "v" inside a circle, this will allow you to edit) and remove personal information like phone number and referral code.
It normally only takes up to 72 hours for the credit to show up in your account so you have waited long enough. Message a support agent, they will be able to add it to your account.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
