Registration System Sucks X30

I have tried more than 30 times to register, change password, remember security question, put in a new password, renew my account that has been cancelled because visa card is expired and need to update new information.

 

This is beyond maddness.  FYI I have 3 University degrees with over 30 years of teaching in. I pity others who try to navigate this system without really getting anything accomplished.

OK, but spelling is not your strong feature. Just joking, no offence. 😁

 

You can have 2 Ph.D. and you would still suffer this system. For some it works flawlessly, some are pulling their hair and cutting wrists.

Unfortunately system is far from perfect but that is what you get for low payment.

You should not try 30 times to do anything with the PM system. After 2-3 tries you should come here and ask for help. Now, probably your emails, account, whatever are so locked that you definitely need agents assistance.

Send them a note right away and calmly navigate PM registration. It is not worth to lose sleep over it.

@rodneyvokey1234  so you have not created a MyAccount/Self Serve before, then you must have activated in-store or by a 3rd party?

Are you trying to register using this link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Or, an account was set up before, and you are within 90 days of being an Active customer, then you are trying to use the Forgot your password here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

 

 

If you had too many failed attempts to log in you will get locked out, but just temporarily. Try again in 15+ minutes. When you do clear your cache/cookies, or open a tab in incognito mode.

 

If still issues, submit a ticket with CSA (by methods provided by @hTideGnow )

 

Then you can go to the PAYMENT tab and see the bottom, left corner to change/update your payment information:

@rodneyvokey1234   best way to reset your password now is to contact PM CS Agent:

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Get payment vouchers at local retail outlet, like 711, then add them to you account by dialing 611.

Then deal with cc issue later.
