I am having issues with my mobile data. I already paid $100 when my plan is supposed to be $44 and something with taxes. Nevertheless I paid I dont have mobile data. My cell phone does not support 5G. So Can i change my suscription to a 4G plan using the money i already paid?
If not I want my money back so I can change data provider.
BTW this new system SUCKS! It is so CONFUSING! It is not a good idea to talk to a robot instead of personal costumer service.

your phone is not 5G compatible but you can still use 5G plan. It is actually a 5G speed plan, meaning it will be faster when you use it on your 4G phone
Your data problem is not the 5G plane but a phone problem. Try Reset all Networks on your phone and test the data
If still no data, tell us what model your phone is

Try this. Go into your network settings and remove automatic and choose Public Mobile. Reboot and check your internet
