Hello,
I refer someone to PM on November 27, yes, the day the system is down. Even I write down my referral code in her registration. After three days, today is November 30, I want to get my $1 back and she doesn't have $10 bonus in her account. I opened a ticket to @CS_Agent and provide my friend's name and phone number and previous Fido account number . But I got response as below. The system is down the entire day and drives everyone crazy and inconvenient. They are supposed to get the rewards back the customer due to the system issue. Looking at the response, it looks like I am begging the @CS_Agent to give my reward back. I mean, I didn't do anything wrong. It's the system's fault. Why I get punishment? It doesn't make any sense to me.
I wonder if I can get help beside the @J_PM , @CS_Agent @CS_Comms . Can I get help from the PM Facebook or twitter, whatever social media.

I think you can help, they might want to ask more question about your friend's account, possibly the acocunt number as well. But you can try. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

You need your friend to contact an agent with your referral code they used and your phone number.
