I registered two accounts and accidentally used the same IMEI2 for both. Both accounts have already been charged for the monthly plan, but neither service is usable due to this issue.
I would like to cancel one of the accounts and request a refund for the unused mobile plan, as this problem was caused by a system/registration error and the service was never successfully activated.
Could anyone please assist with cancelling the plan and processing the refund? Thank you.
