I want to get refund what I paid.
its hard to communicate with your customer service

WHY do you want refund?
- If it is because you overpaid (paid twice)? If that is it, leave funds for the next renewal.
- If it is because you do not like this service anymore? In that case you will NOT get refund as this is pre-paid service - use it or lose it.
- Any other reason, say it here and we will go from there to figure out what is the best approach to potential refund.

are you new customer with activation problem? or you loaded too much funds? or you left PM and they still charging you? tell us more

PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund. What was the problem?
but if you need to go ahead and ask, submit a ticket.
