I ordered service and did not recieve sim card in the mail. I paid 33.90 - i no longer want the service and would like a refund as I did not recieve the sim as promiced. please refund to my card on file. Please refund otherwise I will report you to the CRTC

when you place the order? Sim card delivery from PM online could be 1 to 2 weeks.
If it has been over a week, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
