how do I get a refund when I have been charged twice on two cards when renewing my subscription. I tried on of my card it didn’t work so it led me trying a different not to find out they charged me on both two different amounts $46.61 and $39.71. I was only trying to purchase my usual subscription for 39.71$ i don’t know why they charged me the $46.61 so ridiculous

Like I said I already requested a million tickets since morning and it seems like this company suddenly doesn’t have anyone to respond to my ticket, AND IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK IM HAVING THE BANK REVERSE IT AND DELETE YOUR APP AND LEAVE THIS COMPANY HOW RIDICULOUS

don't try to ask the bank to reverse the transaction, it will mess up the account
please open ticket with PM and they will confirm and process your request

It shows 0 available funds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how come I don’t see anything but I called my bank and they told me they removed the money already

It doesn’t show as credit and MIND YOU I was charged 46.61$ when my subscription was 39.71$ only I want my refund I already sent a ticket and have not heard anything

Please note that any charges over your monthly payment will remain as credit to apply to your next month payment.
If you still want a refund then contact a CS_Agent by submitting a ticket by clicking on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact. Refunds will take 3-4 weeks to process so leave it as credit. Login to your account and under Payment it will show as available funds.

first check if the overpaid is showing up on the account as a credit. If you see the money showing in Available Funds, then it is a credit and you can leave it there for next renewal
but if you don't see it, or you still want to check with support agent on possible refund. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
