Hi good morning,
I tried to login to my account to access self serve to change my area code from British Columbia to Alberta but instead greet me with activation screen can you help me?

be aware...you can't just change your area code but keep your existing number. You'll have to select a new area code and number from the list provided in your area of Alberta. If you must keep your number, then just keep using the BC number you have...don't change to an Alberta number.

you need PM to check your account login email for you. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

if you have service still, that login error just means the system somehow cannot find your My Account with your email address used
