Is the 250mb data add on showing in your overview page near the bottom? Or is the $10 showing in your balance? If you have accidently bought the US roaming data add on just contact the moderators and ask them if they will remove the US add on and replace it with the correct 200mb data add on.

@SaintM13 Did you get the correct data? Are you in Canada or the US? The 250mb is the roaming data and 200 mb is the domestic data.

@SaintM13 typically there are no refunds with PM.
did your data stop working then you bought the addon? or have you never used data with PM before? Asking because if never used data then your APN setting might not be correct.
did you actually purchase teh addon? ie does it show in self serve? or do you see an account balance equal to what you paid? buying addons is a two step process often people pay and then dont go and add the actual addon.

@SaintM13 Has data ever worked on your phone before?
Make sure your data is enabled and that you have the correct APN settings for your phone.

@SaintM13 PM is a prepaid service and there are no refunds. Are you in the US with a roaming add on? If you are, enable roaming and data on your phone and restart it. Stay safe.

Did you do both steps to buy the 250mb?. If you bought the add-on it does not expire till it is all used up.
