Refund

I purchased a 15 day US add-on when I entered the US 2 days ago. I realized afterwards that this wasn't necessary as I have the $34 Canada/US subscription. Can I please get a refund?

I agree that this is a mistake on the part of the customers, but there is never any guarantee that a customer support agent will have a refund issues. Anything such as this is handled on a case by case basis.
