You can buy a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinik store. Contact CS agent to help you activate it and they should credit you the cost of the sim card. This is what i ended up doing when my sim card didnt arrive.

SIM card usually arrives within 5-10 business days. Sometimes (way) longer as it is send by regular Canada Post.
I would suggest you wait about 3 weeks and then open a ticket. PM could send you replacement if you ask.
