Hi, my phone is not compatible with esim card. Hiw can I refund?

Hey @allen_salehi22 

If you log into your account, you can update your SIM card information.

Go to Profile on your left side. Then on the right side you'll see two squares, one says "Account Info" and the other is My Phone number. It will show your number and SIM card number. Click on the pencil and update your new SIM card you bought. Then save. Once you do that, restart your phone with the SIM card in it.

You will need to contact customer service agent with that information for PM to complete activation of your account.

eSIM and SIM are free when you subscribe to a plan.

Just DM a CS_Agent and explain your issue that you forgot to check to see if your phone is eSIM compatible.

The agent may just send you a SIM so you can change the SIM number on your account when it arrives.

If you are looking for a sim card I would sudgest you to order one from amazon it can take as low as 2 days to get it compared to 2 or 3 weeks by ordering it via public mobile!

@allen_salehi22  You can get physical SIM card instead which is better in my opinion anyways . Especially if you change devices often then you won’t have to re buy the eSIM . But you get one from Telus Koodo store or from Amazon.com . And the get support to sim swap the number for you . They might even reimburse you for the SIM card also just ask first
