I paid for the subscription. But it doesn’t port my number and gives error each time. Please reach out or refund the charge

What error did you get?? Did you get the error at the step where you put in your old number to be ported or at the last step of the Subscription process?
You can ask PM to help to sort out that activation issue, or ask for refund if they cannot help
