How do i get a refund before my sim card is shipped, it’s ok that I can pay the bill of the sim card, but what about the subscription.

@Hallo_Meat why do you want a refund? Refunds are not typically given for a prepaid service. When did you order the SIM card? They can take up to 15 business days to arrive. For faster service you can purchase one from Amazon for 4.99$ or from a local Telus store for $10. Then message Public Mobile CS agents at the link below to credit back the amount to your account.

hi @Hallo_Meat sim card itself is not refundable. Are you trying to cancel the new subscription? if the subscription was not fully setup, PM support agent usually able to issue refund
