Referral reward

I joined Public Mobile in March and applied a referral code but my friend didn’t receive the reward. I might have input the code incorrectly. What should I do?  Thanks

Did you get the $10 credit? Did your friend get a text saying someone used their code?

did you see a $10 credit in your My Account as Available fund?

it is best for you to help your friend to submit a ticket with CS agent to confirm.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
