Referral Code

My husband sent me a referral code to sign up but when I registered, something went wrong with the browser and the code wasn't used.  Now I'm signed up OK but cant enter the referral code  at this time by using the buttons on "my account" -- it shows as invalid.  Any idea how to get the code into my account?

@Lorraine_Toots  you should see the one time $10 in available funds with in 72 hours of activation . If it’s been more then 3 days . ask support to ensure it applied correctly 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .
