People always need to paid the full amount first.
The $10 is a credit that will be added within 72 hours onto your account and can be used for next renewal

you were supposed to enter it during activation, at the payment step screen.
But no worries, you can still add it back. You can ask support agent to help with that.
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Mstarauni It should have been added right before you made payment , and will appear in your available funds with in 72 hours after activation
But if you missed the step just ask support to apply it for you
