Referral amount changed to 1 instead of 2

I have referred 2 persons and I suppose to receive $2 each month discount. Last month in my account referral count showed for 2 persons now it’s changed to 1 person.

But in my account shows only one referral amount

Has the phone number disappeared along with the reward? If a referral suspends their service via lost/stolen their reward $1, phone number will disappear from your rewards section of your account and you will get a text saying you will earn one less reward. 

If a referral is suspended due to non payment their number will be displayed but you will get one less $1 upon renewal. If your referral has ported out or let their account be cancelled then they will disappear from your account.
