Hi,
How do I add a friends referral number after signing up? The agent couldn’t get it in when I asked.

Make certain that your friend has provided you the correct code.
There has been confusion with 0's and O's and 1's and I's.
The most accurate way is to have your friend copy and paste the referral code and send it to you electronically.

I am assuming you activated in store and by agent you mean the person in store, either way a CSA should be able to add that for you.

The agent must be new or? As @Meow suggests open a new ticket or ask for a new agent. Give the referral code and preferably the phone number thats associated with the referrer's account and code. Always get a second opinion if you dont agree with the first. The community can always help with adjusting the opinion of a CSA.

@Sarahjane2 What do you mean the agent couldn't get it? You need to give customer support the referral code of your friend and they will be able to add it your account.

Only agent can add referral code After you signed with PM.
Open a ticket or send them another note. You might get somebody who knows how to do it.
