why can I not add a voucher in my account  ? what's wrong ?

 

how to slove it?

How long between purchase and you adding it successfully via 611 did it take? I would like to update the voucher catalogue on how long it takes for an Esso voucher to become valid.

i fix it already by calling *611 , adding it successfully

There was a problem six months ago with adding vouchers too.

Where did you purchase your voucher? If it's your usual retailer that you can load immediately onto your account then as I suspect there is a problem with pm's payment system accepting voucher payments. Contact customer support to verify the voucher's validity and add it for you.

When is public mobile going to acknowledge there is an issue with the payment system accepting vouchers?

I just bought it 30 mins ago from a ESSO station.

Did you just buy it? If so from where? Depending on where you got it, it could take up to 24 hours before it can be applied.
