You can also pay with vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.

Vouchers can be purchased from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

@vancouverstu97  also, make your that the Postal Code matches the credit card on file if your updating credit card info.

Hey @vancouverstu97  We had that before. If you've tried 3 times and it came up failed, you will have to wait just over an hour for the system to reset itself. Best advice, I prefer to use the app on the phone. With one phone, Android, I went into the app settings and cleared the cache. Then I cleared the data. Restarted the phone and logged in and the payment went through with no problem. With my iPhone, I deleted the app and restarted the phone. Redownloaded it and it went through with no problem.
