My sister was late when sending me her referral code. I activated on Nov. 1 on Public, but just wondered if I can still use her referral code to help her out a bit

HI @mixim10 and @johntofflemire to get to the exact type of ticket quicker:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by Typing: My rewards are missing,
Select "Public Points"
click on "Refer A friend",
then click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
finally click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

This is good information to have and glad it was posted. I almost forgot to enter the referral code when I was setting up a family member.

You have to contact agent and they will add referral code to your account.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
