@chch518 it is kind of up, just very slow. You can try multiple times and you might be able to get in.
But I will do the change after the suite is stable.

Yes, the My Account and My Rewards website are unavailable due to unannounced maintenance work by PM.

But if you are in no rush, I do not suggest you to login and do anything serious at this time (like plan change or payment) just in case the timeout issue and you don't know if the action was completed
