@Eddyo was that a new activation? If it is , confirm with your friend to see if he put the code and if he got the $10 referral after 72 hours. If he missed the code or not see the $10, he should be the one opening ticket with support for both of you
if he is an old referral, confirm if he still with PM and if he missed the payment first
