If you used a referral code, the $10 credit will be added in 72 hours.
If you have your referral code for someone to use then the 1 point/month will be added in your account on your next renewal date.

Did you get a "cha-ching" text?
In the App, check your "Account", "Explore the Dashboard" and "My Referrals".
The actual referral point does not show up until your renewal date.
If you do not receive it, you can send a private message to a customer agent and ask them to fix it.
