@CS_Agent, I was double charged on 05/30/2023. I am not super impressed with the website as the ticket submission forum is a waste of time and no matter how far you get through the process, it encounters an error either trying to open the ticket or submit it.

@BooMcGoober  Check credit card is one charge pending and the other is posted ? If so the pending one should drop off , if not contact support for credit

if both are real charges, please open ticket with support by messaging

Is the 'extra' charge sitting in your available funds (which you can check on self-serve) or perhaps just a 'pending' charge on your credit card which may not settle to an authorized one.

Check first before proceeding.
