Hello, 

I've just received a text message from public Mobile to update my CC info because there is 44$ due, but you just charged my CC for 35$ January  27 (2 days ago)

 

What is going on? Why does the system try to double charge me?

I am unable to create a ticket, I think PM system is not working right now

there was another post about the same issue.  Look like just a text sent out wrong

you can confirm with support , or complain about the wrong text. 

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

I have service but public Mobile app shows 44$ due next month but I have just paid 2 days ago.

could be a false alarm.  Do you have service now?  

also, login My Account or app and check if your account is showing active and check the cycle date
