Refer a friend

I have referred a friend in Oct 2022 when there was a promotion on for $5.00 off each month for 6 months. Myself or my friend never got the $5.00 savings from the day that my friend was referred. Is there anything that can be done about this.

Did your friend get the $10 bonus referral credit? Did you recieve the $1 or 1pt reward in your rewards account and the the Cha-ching text the following day at 2pm eastern? This helps determine if the issue is the referral itself or the $25 ($5×5months) promotion?

Both you and your refered friend should have started receiving those reward credits by now.

 

Have your refered friend contact a Customer Support Agent and have the referral code added to their account again.

 

Have them use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

If they have trouble using the Chat Bot, they can send a private message to CS_Agent

@JackieJohn   for friend referral issue, please have the newly joined, your friend, to open a single tickets for both side with PM using Chatbot and support will investigate and add it back

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
