My friend who is also with Public Mobile user has not been able to sign into his account for over a week. He keeps getting "forbidden A1" error code. Is there anyway for you to help him? Thanks.

that has been an issue for several PM'ers lately...myself included. I restarted my cellphone today and got into my account. Have your friend try using the app rather than web.
