Good afternoon,
I haven't had any issues with reception until approximately a week or so ago. Has something changed in the Clayton Heights/Cloverdale area with the network or tower configuration? Signal strength has dropped so significantly that I can't make or receive calls sometimes and text messages fail. I know its not just my phone as I have friends that also are on PM and live a couple blocks away and they are also experiencing the same problems. When I was in my backyard today I tried to call voicemail, call failed so I checked to see how many signal strength bars I had, which was none.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Definitely an issue with reception on the South side of Fraser Hwy between 184th Street and 188th Street. It's all over the local Facebook group here that everyone in the area has been experiencing problems with inability to make or receive calls, send/receive text messages. I was standing outside of Hillcrest Elementary School today and looked at my phone and it was displaying SOS. This was in an open field with no buildings obstructing me. Something has definitely changed for the worse in our area. The parents that I spoke with today are on Telus and Bell, both of which having been experiencing horrible reception issues, which all started about a week ago. I'm guessing an antenna has failed or has been misaligned or moved. A dead spot has for sure been created in our area. The signal may be fine on the North side of Fraser Hwy, but for sure an issue on the South side. Someone from Telus needs to investigate as this is not an issue with our phones. Even my wife's work phone which is on Bell couldn't even make or receive calls in our house today, which has never been an issue. If a Telus tech were to check signal strength at Hillcrest Elementary School they'll see what I'm talking about for sure.
UPDATE:
I submitted a ticket to PS Customer Support.

I have asked friends of ours that live close by. They live near 188th Street and 64 Ave and are also experiencing issues with signal strength and text messages failing. They are both on Android devices, and I'm on iPhone experiencing the same issues. So not sure what the reason for it is. I'm within a couple blocks of the Dublin Pub and just check and have 1 bar for signal strength. I'm sure my iPhone is on the low side for signal strength as its older (iphone XR) and only supports up to LTE, not 5G, but find it odd that our friends are also experiencing problems and their devices are newer and support 5G. They never had issues while on Rogers for years, then switched a couple months ago to PM, now they are both having issues with signal strength and text messages not going through or being received. They know their devices work, the problems having just started in the last week or so, so was wondering if something had changed.

I was meeting a friend at Happycakes at Clayton Heights with no issues.
I know there are preliminary survey for the new Skytrain extension along Fraser Hwy.
No outages or work along Fraser Hwy:

No issues in West Cloverdale. I haven't been up to Clayton in a couple weeks, but it was fine last time I was up at Dublin Crossing/Save On area.

Could be one of towers are breaking up,
Some new development?
Maybe your phone is dying?
Did you try your sim in another phone?
Ask neighbours haw is their reception particularly if they are PM customers.
Check here for any major outages:

hi @me_holley could have something to do with 3G and VoLTE in the area
what phone you have? For test, can you change the network mode to 3G only for couple days and see if calls are better
and you have another phone to test
if same, report this to PM support and ask them to confirm
