@Janelle2024 to clarify, you gave your code to refer a friend to public mobile or they referred you? My understanding is that you gave your code. So that means that person will get $10 and you will get 1 point the next time your bill is due. Did you speak to your friend to see if they received the $10? It will show as available credit on their account. If they did, you just have to wait for renewal for your 1 point to show up.
If they didn't receive the $10 that person can create a ticket to Public Mobile for them to add your code manually.
They can do so by signing into their account and use the chatbot or the link below. Make sure your friend has the correct code to provide.

I didn't receive any text any more. I didn't find any space to fill my referral code on this case. I think I missed the opportunity to get the reward.

The cut off time is 11:59:59pm eastern.

You will not actually earn a point until your plan renews.
Once your friend signs up you will get a text notifying you, usually get the text at 2:05 pm. Not sure what the cut off time is so you might not get the text until the next day.

You should also recieve a "Cha-ching! You've successfully referred a friend..." text at about 2pm eastern tomorrow. It's a good idea to save, archive or create a file for these texts to keep track of your referrals now that Public Points Reward accounts are bereft of the info that the old rewards accounts contained.

@Janelle2024 the $10 will be added to the friend's account within 72 hours.
You get the 1 point after your next renewal.
