Hi was just looking at my rewards. It’s seems to be missing the 5 dollars for 6 month promo that was offered when I referred a friend. Is this something that will be added a a later date. Not understanding why it was taken off my rewards.

The next $5 portion of the $30 bonus referral credit should be recieved on or before February 4th 2022 (this Friday).

Under your self-serve, click "View Payment History" in the blue box.
From there, select the last 30 days to view.
You should see an entry that looks like this (below). This will repeat on or around the same time for the next 5 months presuming your referred friend remains an active Public Mobile customer:

As our friend mentioned above, you will only see the second credit early next month. The credit does not go by the 30 day plan cycle that you may be on, but don't worry, you won't miss getting the reward altogether.

The RAF Holiday $5 bonus credit was depositing on January 7 this month. Should be credited monthly around 7th. It will be directly credited to your available funds. As mentioned above, you won't see it in your rewards section. If you view your payment history section, you should see the $5 credit deposited on Jan 7.

That $5 amount is usually added as a credit each month for 6 months if you have qualified for the promotion, and doesn't show in the rewards section. Hope this helps!
