No worries, just contact a CS_Agent by dm them directly. They can add it in his account and your reward as well.

If the referral code was entered correctly. You should have gotten congrats referral notice from PM.

Your friend who joined with the referral code should see the $10 in the account showing up as Available Funds within 3 days

For you who referred others, you should see PM adds reward points to your Reward Account on the day before your renewal, 1 point for each of your referral
