Hello,
My friend activated her SIM card with my reference code on about Aug 7, 2022. She switched from Freedom Mobile.
Today is Aug 24, 2022. I still haven't seen my refer-a-friend reward $1/mon. I did have a renewal/payment already since Aug 7. And my friend has not see her one-time $10 either.
Any help will be appreciated.

@linawang ? You should see your $1 reward and the last four digits of her phone number show up in your rewards account sometime tomorrow after your friend gets in touch with customer support and at midnight Eastern you should get the Cha-ching text.
Lol ...you noticed the similar story too! Are you having trouble tagging usernames as well?

The friend already asked for help for @zhejunli . The CSA fixed it.

no one in community can manually solve your issue.. just if your friend contact customer support agent tite in private message > CS_Agent , to solved.
to check it use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page or Login Page Rewards
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
in your account should be to show amount at Available Fund,
for your account check under refer-a-friend and you will see your friend last 4 digit.

My friend asked the help with her community ID and I was told it was solved manually by someone. I have not checked account yet.

Did she receive her $10 credit? If not, it may have been a typo or a zero instead of an O etc,,,or if it was copy and pasted and that isn't the issue, a CSA can investigate and manually add it for you.

@zhejunli Remove your referral number a it is not allowed here to do that go to top right corner of your post click on the down arrow in the circle to edit your post

@zhejunli Your friend will need to submit a ticket to CSA and tell them your referral code, so that they can add it for your friend, and both of you should see the rewards after that.
