I subscribed the mobile service using a referral code but have not received the reward. My friend contacted Public Mobile and asked for my phone number. The friend mentioned that I have to contact Public Mobile. I tried to submit a ticket on the issue but it gives me an error.

the $10 credit will be added to your My Account within 72 hours. It will show up as Available Funds. So, have it been 3 days since you joined? Login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check
if you really not see it there, and it has been 3 days, then ask support agent to check for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
