Hello everyone,

I just joined Public Mobile and my friend sent me the referral code they received in their email. I do not see that this promotion has been added when I check my online account. When I signed up, I only enter the referral code and did not put anything for promo code. Can anyone confirm if I got the deal? Perhaps my $5 credit is applied at the time of payment?

Refer-a-friend so you and your friend can save $25. For a limited time, we will give you and your friend a $5 credit every 30 days for up to five months as long as you both stay with us. Make sure your friend uses your unique referral code before June 6, 2022

As long as your friend sees the $1 reward and the last 4 digits in their rewards account (if they are under the old rewards program)and/or they recieved the Cha-ching text then your referral code was accepted and registered.

You will recieve the $10 bonus referral credit within 72 hours but usually the next day. The $5 per month (×5 months) will be added in the first week of the month most likely on Friday June 10th alongside the last of the "more is merrier" bonus referral credits. This will be the likely schedule...

2. July 8th
3. August 5th
4. September 2nd
5. Hmmm....this one falls out of sequence? Maybe September 30th or maybe October 7th?

If you entered a referral code, you will get a one time $10 credit and your friend will get a $1 or 1 point credit on their monthly bill.

If you activated within the promo date for $5 for 5 month promo, you will see both credits in 72 hours.

Did your friend get the cha-ching  text from pm about the referral?

There is no additional promo code to enter. As long as you entered your friend referral code as you did , you should qualify for $5/month for 5 months.

@Traveller1   the Refer a friend promotion does not have any special promotion code.  The friend referral code you entered is all it needs.  So, you should be fine.  

You should probably see the first $5 credit to your account in next couple days.

@Traveller1 Hi they are supposed to credit your account the first week of each month prob tomorrow
