Receiving calls from Canada in USA (no roaming package)

Hi,

I am currently in USA and I am expecting a call from Canada. It’s kind of urgent. So I was wondering will they be able to call me from Canada in my Canadian number when I am in USA? I haven’t bought any roaming packages so I am asking.

The call won’t be completed. They will get your voicemail. You need to get a US roaming add on. Otherwise you will never get your important call. It can be added from the app. The roaming add on last 15 days.

in order to get calls to your PM number in US, you will need to get at least the roaming Talk Text add-on ($15) and then make sure your phone connects to T-MOBILE to have it work
