I can't receive calls or messages on my phone since February 22. I can still send messages and make calls, but can't get any responses, very frustrating

Hello hello, glad to hear your problem got fixed. I am also happy to report that mine was also resolved and can confirm that today I received my first text which coincidentally happened to be the text code to authenticate logging into the PM community. So it turned out that my number hadn't been released fully from Virgin Plus - it was stuck in some In-Between space where I could use data and make outgoing calls. It was quite frustrating that Virgin Plus forced me into visiting a store to do this which I strongly believe they could have done over the phone. But customer care person insisted I go to the store and to add insult to injury, the store guys were not aware of what to do either. Long story short, managed to finally release my number and Gerardo, the PM CS Agent was kind and patient enough to help me get onto the PM network!

I put my sim card in my son's phone when he came home, and all my messages downloaded into his phone, then we put it back in my phone and it worked perfectly.....hope you have your solution as well.

I didn't realize either until a family matter came up and I couldn't understand why nobody was answering my texts, then I tried to call my phone today, and like yours, it went straight to voicemail.....frustrating that I can send messages and make calls, but can't receive responses. Like you, I'm hoping they can help find a solution.

Even I am facing the same predicament. I ported from Virgin to PM on Feb 28th drawn by the new 34$ 5G US-Can plan. I didn't realize I was not getting calls and texts until today when I had to sign into PM and I did not get the verification code via text. I thought the eSIM process might have failed and so I bought another eSIM and installed it but still unable to receive calls or texts. When I tried to call my number from my wife's phone, it goes to Voicemail. I submitted a ticket 2 hours ago and awaiting a reply. Hope the issue is resolved soon and I don't regret moving to PM!

A few complaints recently about similar problem.
Try a network reset then.
You can also try your SIM card in another working phone to see if similar issue. That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. I believe that one customer when they did this, everything worked in the other phone and when they put it back in the original phone, the service returned.

@Stitch1 how long you have been with PM?? did you activate within a month and requested porting (or activated just over one month)??
Login to My Account using Incognito mode and check the profile page, is the number showing there the correct one??

Were you able to receive calls and message before Feb 22?
Did you port over your number recently as a new customer?
Maybe try a simple reboot of phone. Network reset of phone is another option. This will erase any saved wifi passwords.
