Hi,
I have been using public mobile with realme5 pro for more than 6 months but since 1 week I am unable to make or receive phone calls. I can use data and signal strength is good. Phone auto registers on public mobile. It's not sim issue because same issue when I used my wife SIM. Did something recently changed in network/phone support?

Thanks everyone for your time and response. New phone was the solution. Samsung A35 seems to work fine for now.

your phone has only 850 on 3G and not 1900. It works before but not now, probably PM realign the bands to give room for 5G
so, you are ordering new phone? which one?

Have not tried that but seems the only plausible explanation why it stopped working after this long and only for calling. SMS and data seems to be ok.

Yeah that's the only alternative left. Ordered a new phone.

Can you try any other phone with your sim? I had a Realme back in 2020 and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone so I wouldn't be surprised if it's not compatible with PM.
The specs on it are limited when you compare it to say a Google Pixel:

@SourabhJain If your phone isn't on the VoLTE whitelist, you would have fallen back to 3G to make phone calls (even though you were connected to 4G for data). But if you're no longer able to connect to the 3G network, that would explain why you can't make phone calls (VoLTE is the ability to make phone calls on the 4G/LTE network).
Have you tried different areas to see if the result differs? If you can't find a 3G connection, you'll need to change phones.

It does not connect/Register to network if I force 3g/2g setting. I have been using 4g network so far even though phone is not officially listed as supported.

@SourabhJain Did you see and connect to the 3G network? If yes, that likely rules out my VoLTE theory.

Thanks. I did but no change. I tired rebooting and manually registering to other network as well but no avail.

@SourabhJain As I said, for testing purposes try to force it onto 3G to see if there's a 3G connection. If there isn't, you probably won't be able to make a phone call. Maybe the 3G frequency is down in your area.

It's on auto select so can access any that's available. This is at my home so I am sure it worked before.

I don't believe that phone is on Public Mobile's VoLTE whitelist, so if there's no 3G tower near you, you may not be able to make phone calls. Can you try and set your preferred network to 3G (on your device) for testing purposes?

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on to see if that helps.
If not, contact a CS_Agent and they can reset your signal.
