Hi there, I am looking to reactivate my phone number which was previously used with the public mobile. I was living abroad for 5 months and returning to Canada next week, my phone number didn't work overseas so I have deactivated it. Please guide me how to reactivate it.

PM has only 90 days grace period for account suspension. Since you have gone for 5 months, your account was closed
you need to activate a net new account
(you can confirm the account was actually gone by calling 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone, if it cannot find your account, then yes, it is closed)

sorry @AchalaJay , too late.
after 90 days, your account would have been closed and you lost your phone number
you need to buy a new sim card or esim and subscribe it again
