I am curious to know what are the service hours for the Porting Team. I need to follow up with them in order to process with my inquiry. Thank you for your time.

porting team hours: 8am – 10pm ET

@caoxying @When you do port a number always keep your old SIM card in your phone until your old carrier sends a confirmation text to transfer @ that point you simply reply YES and will have 90 mins to do so

@caoxying @You can port your number yourself in self serve , but if you need to contacts a agent

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
