How to re activate my number?

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of your account. If it indicates your account is suspended. You will need to make a manual payment to restore service.

If the system indicates that your number can’t be located then your number has be returned to the carrier your originally got the number from and your account is closed, SIM no longer work because of nonpayment for longer than 90 days. You need to contact the carrier to retrieve your number.

depends on the situation 

if your account just suspended, login My Account and make a payment 

if the account was closed, you will need to check with PM support agent.  you can submit by direct message:
