International minutes

Hello community,

I recently just got back from vacation. While I was away I added a few add on to my account US roam talk and text for $30 plus international minutes for $15 each. None of them worked. I had to buy a chip overseas. How do I get my money back?

Please note that the 300 international minutes are to specific countries when calls are made from Canada. Not the other way around.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent for a refund.

hi @Dimplez88 you meant to tried to call other counties? which one you called?

and while in US, you tried to connect to T-Mobile, At&T and Verizon?

and what phone you have?

Public Mobile only works in Canada, the United States and Mexico. There is no roaming outside these three countries.
