Actually there is LOTS of help available online here. 100’s of us here on the community to help you and if that doesn’t do it there are the Public Mobile Customer Service Agents available as well.

PM's Help is on line only through ticketing system if you require assistance regarding your PM account. Only CSA can help you in such case.
Any other help will be provided by very knowledgeable and helpful customers like you and that usually happens within minutes of posting question.

If you are talking about how to use the call features, how to use a device, you would likely get better and quicker help from community members here.
Yes, we can not deal with any money related issues (like refund or so), but we can help to better prepare you what need to show PM Support in order to get the issue resolved quicker.

@knntha If you're asking how to get help from PM, yes it's all online and no telephone support.
You can ask here on the Community and other customers (like I am) will respond, but please be aware, this is an open public forum so don't post any personal info here but you can ask questions and other customers can provide troubleshooting tips. However, any problem requiring account access will need Public Mobile employee support aka customer support agents.
Two ways to contact, one is to click the chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen and submit a ticket, or send a private message to CS_Agent via the envelope icon top right next to your avatar and you will be able to verify your identity and get assistance.
